If you email Coverage Compass or use a contact form, you may provide your name, email address, topic, and message. This information is used only to respond, review feedback, or discuss a potential collaboration.

Information collected automatically

The downloadable static version of this website does not include advertising trackers. A hosting provider may collect routine technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and timestamps for security and traffic measurement. The provider's own privacy terms may apply.

Newsletter information

The current newsletter box is a placeholder and does not store addresses. Before newsletter service is activated, this policy should be updated to identify the service provider and explain how subscribers can unsubscribe.

Cookies and analytics

The current website does not intentionally set marketing cookies or use behavioral advertising. If privacy-respecting analytics are added later, this policy will be updated before activation.

Sensitive information

Do not send Social Security numbers, insurance member IDs, banking details, passwords, full medical records, or detailed health histories. Coverage Compass is not a secure clinical, insurance, or legal communications platform.

Sharing and selling information

Coverage Compass does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect the website and its users, or operate services through a clearly identified provider.

Data retention

Messages may be retained for as long as needed to respond, maintain project records, address safety or legal concerns, and improve the website. Unneeded information should be deleted when practical.

Children's privacy

The site provides general educational information and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian should contact Coverage Compass if they believe a child submitted personal information.
